A member of Sigma’s excellent Contemporary lens lineup, the 150-600mm OS lens is notable for delivering its exceptionally long-reaching telephoto zoom range, in a compact package. In a move that many experienced photographers would not have thought possible, this lens allows you to utilise this mammoth sports and wildlife-ready zoom handheld, thanks to its lightweight qualities, and its built-in Optical Stabiliser. For further stability, the lens can easily be mounted to a tripod with the included collar, while removing the collar enhances the lens’ portability. Optically, Sigma has done its very best to counteract the various issues that can arise with lenses of this range, while its dust and splash-proof mount, and protective coating prove they have taken the build quality serious with this lens too.
