The Nikon 300mm f2.8G ED VR II lens is a fast telephoto prime lens, perfect for sports and wildlife applications. This lens can be used on both FX and DX format Nikon DSLR cameras, providing a much more magnified 450mm focal length when used on the smaller format. Thanks to the VR II image stabilizer, this Nikon prime lens is great for handheld purposes, allowing you to shoot at up to 3 stops slower than would otherwise be possible.
